Great to know you can count on a few companies that provides great items, easy exchange or returns. Wayfair works well with us consumers. I have ordered many items from Wayfair, some damaged but, they quickly are happy to exchange or give you a full refund. They schedule pickups with free return. Happy Consumer!

I now understand their company name ~ Way Fair, because it is. We have purchased over 20 larger items from Wayfair, and it has been the best online shopping experience that we could have hoped for. From shelving in our garage to beautiful accent pieces, every one of them was an excellent buy.

The customer service is always exceptional, and available to help if there are any questions we have along the way.

I ordered a picture frame but did not read the
The info and it came as 1/2 a frame. You wete supposed to order twice to make a whole frame. Who does that? But it was my fault for not reading it all. But Wayfair gave me a VERY QUICK refund!!! Thank you Wayfair!

Not sure of the low score on this company my 1st interaction with them was superb from the website where I shopped to the pricing and the delivery was so fast I couldn't believe it packaged securely and exactly what I expect from the website pictures I'll reccomend them with no problem plan to shop with them as needed things do occur an I had no issues with my 1st purchase if it changes down the way I'll update the rating

I saw this online with all of these negative reviews and I felt compelled to write about my positive experiences. My whole house is practically Wayfair. I love the store and their service. I have purchased chairs, chests, lamps, a large art desk/bookshelf, a hutch, and many more items including small kitchen appliances. If I have a problem with an item, they take care of it. My hutch came in damaged. The guys unloading it told me there was a problem. They took it back. I contacted Wayfair and they were awesome. They sent me a new one. When I have had difficulty with something they usually give me a rebate back to cover any annoyance! I have used their 0% interest delayed payment, like 6 or 12 months interest free, and everything works fine. I schedule my payment through my bank and have never had an issue with my payment. Wayfair is my go to place. I have purchased gifts for other people. I have spent literally thousands of dollars through Wayfair and I have found them to be awesome to deal with. You must pay attention to whether an item is assembled or not and know whether you want to put it together or not. The only item I would not purchase through Wayfair again is the bed I bought. While it is a great bed with a big brand name, I found it too sloppy to sit on because it has a soft mattress. Beds I have decided should be purchased in a store. That bed I put in a guest room just because of the sitting issue. It is an excellent bed but I would have purchased a slightly firmer one if I been able to sit on it! I have found Wayfair products to be very good. Every lamp I have is gorgeous! I use an instant pot type small appliance weekly and it has been excellent and reliable! This has been my experience..all very positive. Many people come to my home and comment on my furniture. I have also purchased beautiful rugs. Most of my purchases have been made in the last two years since I retired from teaching art and moved to my home on a lake! I have also found that they have so much to choose from that I can satisfy my eclectic creative personality! So, don’t believe all of these negative reviews. I am someone that has purchased an ungodly number of items. The only disappointment I had was with a third party person that was to assemble two pieces. That part was a nightmare but even with that Wayfair refunded the assembly fees and took more money off my order! Unless you live in a big city, I wouldn’t use the handyman assembly thing because they tend to change dates and are not unreliable!

My Grandson loves Cows. Of course now a days it is so hard to find the dang things. He is 6 1/2. Wants to decorate his room. But oh did I find stuff his favorite is his lego storage Cow. Plus they sent it to him in Texas.
